What we offer :

Mesin yang menggali, menyaring, dan mengembalikan ballast bersih tanpa membongkar jalur. Meningkatkan stabilitas rel, kualitas drainase, serta umur infrastruktur.

Proses pemotongan presisi untuk menghilangkan cacat permukaan rel dan mengembalikan profil aslinya. Dilanjutkan finishing untuk hasil halus dan rendah kebisingan, didukung pengukuran sebelum–sesudah.

Sistem cuci kereta otomatis yang membersihkan satu rangkaian dalam 2–3 menit menggunakan air, detergen, dan sikat berputar. Dilengkapi fitur daur ulang air dan pembilasan demineralisasi.

Layanan pemeriksaan kondisi jalur menggunakan inspeksi visual dan alat seperti track geometry car dan ultrasonic detector untuk mendeteksi penyimpangan dan menentukan prioritas perawatan.

Mesin tamping yang memadatkan ballast dan meluruskan rel secara otomatis. Menangani beberapa bantalan sekaligus untuk perawatan lebih cepat dan hasil geometri lintasan lebih presisi.

Mesin hidrolik untuk memasang dan melepas roda dengan metode interference fit. Mengukur gaya tekan dan posisi secara otomatis, serta dapat memasang gear, disc brake, dan bearing.

Perangkat pengisi baterai kereta yang mengubah AC menjadi DC stabil dan dapat menyuplai sistem DC langsung. Mendukung mode pengisian otomatis dan perlindungan arus/tegangan.

Penampang rel yang menunjukkan head, web, dan foot. Pemeriksaan dimensi dan cacat dilakukan menggunakan vernier, ultrasonic detector, dan profile gauge untuk menjaga standar keselamatan.

Kendaraan pengukur geometri rel menggunakan sensor laser, optik, dan IMU untuk memantau gage, cross-level, cant, curvature, alignment, dan twist sebagai dasar perawatan jalur.

Mesin yang mengangkat dan menyaring ballast menggunakan rantai penggali serta ayakan berputar. Mengembalikan ballast bersih ke jalur dan meningkatkan stabilitas tanpa pembongkaran besar.

Crane rel serbaguna dengan boom hidrolik untuk pengangkatan material, perawatan, dan penanganan darurat. Mobilitas tinggi menjadikannya alat penting dalam operasi dan evakuasi perkeretaapian.

Bantalan rel berbahan plastik komposit daur ulang yang tahan korosi, ringan, tidak menyerap air, dan berumur panjang. Cocok untuk jalur perkotaan atau lingkungan ekstrem sebagai alternatif modern.
